​For Inbound Shipments Before MasterTech Expo Opens for Exhibitor Setup (Wednesday March 19, 2025)
Deliveries will only be accepted 3 days prior to event date. Exhibitor setup begins Wednesday March 19, 2025. Shipments should arrive no earlier than March 17, 2025. Please note that collect shipments will be refused. Do not send any shipments directly to the Mesa Convention Center.

​The costs listed for drayage on the downloadable exhibitor logistics form includes labor required to receive, store, deliver freight to the exhibitor’s booth(s) at the Mesa Convention Center, remove, store and return empty containers, remove shipment from booths and deliver to loading area, where they will be loaded on truck.

Please download and complete the exhibitor logistics form, including payment info, and submit to Premier AV no later than February 23, 2025. Use the email address: mstern@premieraudiovisual.com to submit the completed form.

FOR OUTBOUND SHIPMENTS AFTER MASTERTECH EXPO CLOSES
​(MONDAY MARCH 24, 2025)

Premier AV asks all exhibitors with outbound freight at the end of the event March 23, 2025 to leave a bill of landing on top of the outgoing shipment cartons in their respective booths. Cartons should be sealed and clearly labeled in the exhibitor’s booth. Premier AV cannot originate any UPS, FedEx or Freight Pickups.
 
Arrangements must be made for pickup on Monday March 24th, 8:00am - 4:00 pm. If shipment is not picked up by Monday March 24th, a cost of $100.00 per day for storage will incur.

EXHIBITOR MOVE IN DAYS
​(WEDNESDAY MARCH 19 AND THURSDAY MARCH 20, 2025)

At the 2025 MasterTech Expo, we’ve added an extra day for move in and setup to allow for better time management. Due to the range of vehicles that need to be strategically placed on the outdoor plaza as well as some booth placements that will contain vehicles toward the front of the exhibit hall, exhibitors are assigned a date to move in so the vehicle placements are addressed in an organized manner as some vehicles must be in placed first before others can move in. 

​Please see the Exhibitor Map for your booth number(s) and vehicle space assignments so you are prepared to move your vehicle (or trailer) in on that date. Crates and shipments should be in your booth by March 19, 2025. Please note, you need not necessarily complete your setup if your move in date for one or more vehicles is Thursday March 20, 2025, but it’s critical that your vehicle(s) assigned to that date are in place in their assigned locations on that date to allow for an organized completion of all booths and vehicle locations by the end of Thursday March 20, 2025. 

VEHICLE DETAILING SERVICES

If you require any detailing services prior to the event, please contact Pure Luxury Detailing and schedule an appointment PRIOR to the move in start on March 19, 2025 so there is no delay in getting you moved in to your vehicle location(s) on schedule. Detailing services are at the expense of the exhibitor or vehicle owner. The preference is to have the detailing completed at the Pure Luxury Detailing shop in Chandler, AZ in advance of MasterTech Expo move-in days where they can accommodate very comprehensive detailing requests. They will also be onsite for limited ‘light’ wash and detail services. In either case, an appointment is required.
