OEM Integration has become more complex over the past ten years. How do we sell OEM Integration properly? We need to be able to sell the job before the car gets pulled into the bay, but we also need to sell the proper equipment. Constantly changing the plan before the installation starts is terribly inefficient, but installing the wrong product is an even bigger disaster. We need to get it right the first time, almost every time, to make OEM integration into a business.
Ken Ward (of Educar and Elettromedia) has created a new five-step process to sell OEM integration commercially. Here at the MasterTech Expo, he will explain in greater detail than ever before how to use this process on the sales floor.
